National Section Listing Application

Variety 411 Applicants & Listees,

Moving forward, 411 Publishing’s below-the-line listings will only appear on the LA 411 and New York 411 websites. If you would like to apply for a listing in our National Section, which appear on both the LA 411 and New York 411 websites, you must apply for a Qualified Listing, as all the listings on those websites need to be vetted. If you already have a Qualified listing on Variety 411, that listing will be added to the LA & New York 411 National Listing Sections. Qualified listings (signified by the image below) are the only listings that will automatically be added to the LA & New York National Listing Sections.

Please carefully read our application to be aware of all of the requirements for a listing in our L.A. & New York directories. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee for Companies and Crew applying for a Qualified Listing in the National Section of our directories. However, for Crew members with I.A.T.S.E. membership, we will accept a faxed copy of your union card as a qualifier and waive the application fee.
